MAHLE SmartBike Systems hat mit dem M40 System, unserem ersten Full\u2011Power\u2011Mittelmotor f\u00fcr eMTB, eine weitere Auszeichnung beim Design & Innovation Award erhalten. Die Jury hob das ausgewogene Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen Performance, niedrigem Systemgewicht und sauberer Integration hervor, ebenso wie die fortschrittlichen Steuerungsfunktionen, die Pr\u00e4zision und ein nat\u00fcrliches Fahrgef\u00fchl auf unterschiedlichem Terrain unterst\u00fctzen. Das M40 liefert bis zu 105 Nm und 850 W Spitzenleistung in einer 2,5\u2011kg\u2011Antriebseinheit, mit einer 48\u2011V\u2011Architektur f\u00fcr Effizienz und anhaltende Leistung. Mit der iM5\u2011Batterie mit 534 Wh (2,5 kg) liegt das Gesamtgewicht aus Antrieb und Batterie bei rund 5 kg. <\/p>\n

Sensoren und Steuerung f\u00fcr pr\u00e4zise Unterst\u00fctzung<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ein hochaufl\u00f6sender Geschwindigkeitssensor arbeitet mit Drehmoment- und Trittfrequenzsignalen zusammen, um die Leistungsabgabe schnell und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig zu regeln. Dadurch wird eine kontrollierte Traktion und ein nat\u00fcrliches Fahrgef\u00fchl beim Pedalieren auf technischen Anstiegen und wechselnden Untergr\u00fcnden unterst\u00fctzt. Zu den Funktionen geh\u00f6ren Auto\u2011hold, um ein Zur\u00fcckrollen auf steilen Passagen zu verhindern, sowie Dynamic Overrun, um den Schwung beim \u00dcberfahren von Hindernissen aufrechtzuerhalten. <\/p>\n

Batterieoptionen f\u00fcr unterschiedliche Bike\u2011Konfigurationen<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zwei integrierte Batterien teilen sich Formfaktor und Anschl\u00fcsse: iM5 (534 Wh, 2,5 kg) f\u00fcr bikes, bei denen das Gewicht im Vordergrund steht, und iM8 (800 Wh) f\u00fcr gr\u00f6\u00dfere Reichweite.
