Laad de accu v\u00f3\u00f3r het eerste gebruik volledig op met het actieve laadapparaat. Meer informatie over het opladen van uw eBike vindt u in het betreffende hoofdstuk van de handleiding. Zorg er ook voor dat het actieve laadapparaat van uw eBike is losgekoppeld voordat u gaat fietsen. Gebruik de eBike nooit tijdens het opladen.    <\/p><p><strong>1.1.2 Beoogd gebruik<\/strong> <br><br>Het beoogde gebruik van ons product is ter ondersteuning van het trappen van een EPAC (Electrically Power Assisted Cycles) en niet voor enige andere eBike-toepassing. Ons product is ontworpen in overeenstemming met de wettelijke vereisten voor EPAC-systemen en voor bepaalde omgevingsomstandigheden waarin dergelijke systemen kunnen worden gebruikt, zoals regen, zouthoudende gebieden, modder, enz. <\/p><p><strong>1.1.3 Verboden gebruik<\/strong> <br\/><br\/>Het is niet toegestaan om:<\/p><ul><li><p>Integreer ons systeem in een niet-compatibele EPAC die niet gecertificeerd is volgens EN 15494 of in een fiets die niet voorbereid is voor dergelijk gebruik.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Manipuleer wettelijke parameters (snelheid of vermogen).<\/p><\/li><li><p>Repareer de batterij of hergebruik deze voor een ander systeem of EPAC.<\/p><\/li><li><p>De door MAHLE ontworpen en goedgekeurde software en firmware te manipuleren of te wijzigen.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Voeg elektronische elementen toe die de maximale ondersteuningssnelheid wijzigen.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Als de MAHLE-normen door niet-naleving in gevaar komen, aanvaardt MAHLE geen wettelijke aansprakelijkheid voor persoonlijke of materi\u00eble schade.<\/p><p>Het MAHLE systeem behoudt zich het recht voor om functies op te nemen die abnormaal gedrag veroorzaakt door manipulatie van het systeem kunnen analyseren en registreren, zoals een te hoge maximumsnelheid of abnormale datacommunicatie. Elke manipulatie zal onmiddellijk alle garantievoorwaarden van MAHLE ongeldig maken. <\/p><p>Het manipuleren van wettelijke parameters (snelheid of vermogen), het repareren van de batterij of het hergebruiken ervan voor een ander systeem of EPAC is niet alleen een overtreding van de MAHLE-regels maar ook van de huidige wetgeving, net als het knoeien met onze onderdelen, het wijzigen van de software en firmware die door MAHLE ontworpen en goedgekeurd zijn, of het toevoegen van elektronische elementen die de maximale ondersteuningssnelheid wijzigen.<\/p><p>Het is ten strengste verboden om ons systeem te integreren in een fiets, zelfs als deze compatibel is, die geen CE-markering heeft.
