Smart Training 2025–2026: Enhancing Your Ride Experience
Every year we carry out our Smart Training programme: a set of in‑person sessions designed to prepare dealers to service MAHLE‑powered bikes with confidence. The 2025–2026 season has now come to an end, and it has been one of the most complete editions so far. Here’s what this means for you as a rider.
What Smart Training Is and Why It Matters to Riders
Smart Training is our official technical training programme for dealers. During these sessions, mechanics and workshop teams learn how to work with MAHLE Systems following the latest procedures, updates and recommendations.
For riders, this translates into a better experience whenever your eBike needs attention: quicker service, better diagnostics and a more consistent approach across different workshops.
This Year’s Highlights
Training expanded to more regions.
For the first time, Smart Training sessions were held in the UK, adding to the list of locations where dealers can access on‑site training.
A full focus on both M Series and X Series.
This season included dedicated modules for the MAHLE M Series and the MAHLE X Series. Dealers received hands‑on guidance on:
- diagnostics and troubleshooting,
- service workflows,
- system configuration,
- and maintenance procedures tailored to each platform.
With more workshop teams trained on both families of Systems, riders benefit from a more prepared and better‑aligned service network.
Sales guidance to support the rider journey
Beyond technical knowledge, Smart Training also covered practical sales tools: how to guide riders when comparing accessories, understanding compatibility, or making decisions around batteries, range extenders and service timelines.
Dealer Insight: A Growing Certified Pro Network
Many workshops that attended this season’s Smart Training have completed the requirements to become Certified Partners PRO. These workshops meet MAHLE’s technical standards and follow our recommended service processes.
As their certification status is finalised, they will appear in our Dealer Locator, making it easier for riders to identify trained and aligned service points whenever support is needed.
