MAHLE Smartbike Systems SLU declares that the MAHLE M40 System or its applicable components comply with:
EUROPE: With the harmonized standard EN15194:2017, European Directives 2006/42/EC, 2014/30/EU, 2014/53/EU, 2006/66/EU, 2014/35/EU, and the POP, RoHS, and REACH Regulations. Noise emissions do not exceed the limits established by current European legislation.
USA and CANADA: With the ANSI /CAN/ UL 2849:2020 standard, in the US with Title 15 Chapter 47 Section 2085 of the Code. In addition, this equipment has been tested and found to comply with Part 15 of the FCC rules in the USA and with Canada’s RSS-102, RSS-247 standards and radiation exposure limits for uncontrolled environments established in CAN ICES-3(B)/NMB-3(b).

CAUTION
If any assembly, changes or substantial modifications are made which have not been expressly approved by the manufacturer, the certification of the system shall be cancelled. It shall be the responsibility of the person who has carried out such assemblies, changes or substantial modifications to recertify the system.
