The system has three different operating states:
- Normal: everything is correct. The systems show the current load and assistance level.
- Alert: the control unit line flashes ORANGE. Although an event has occurred in the system, your driving and assistance are not limited.
- Error: the control unit line is flashing RED. There is an operating error limiting the assistance.
If alerts (ORANGE display) or errors (RED display) occur, the system sends a diagnostic code via Bluetooth® and ANT+ LEV to identify the event in detail. To display this code, pair your phone using the MAHLE My SmartBike APP or via the Pulsar ONE screen. The diagnosis code number will be displayed.
