What is the Dealer Portal?
Introducing your all-in-one solution within the MAHLE Digital Ecosystem. Enjoy exclusive functionalities and dealer-oriented content designed specifically for our dealers.
Upon its launch, the portal will feature sections dedicated to maintenance, working tools, troubleshooting, firmware updates, and direct contact with our support team. The portal will also provide access to the MAHLE Academy and more. The upcoming features will include an online shop, live training subscriptions, software updates, catalogs, and much more.
How Can You Access the Dealer Portal?
The Dealer Portal can be accessed at dealer.mahle-smartbike.com using the same credentials as those for My SmartBike and SmartBike Lab apps.Â
If you are not yet registered as a dealer, you can create an account directly from the login page. After validating the email used for registration, MAHLE will confirm your dealer status, granting you access to the Dealer Portal. Be aware that there is a brief validation period following the registration process.
