System Status

The system has three different operating states:

  • Normal: everything is correct. The system displays the screens configured by the user through the MySmartbike app.

  • Alert: an ALERT message appears in yellow on the screen. Although an event has occurred in the system, riding and assistance are not limited.

  • Error: an ERROR message appears in red on the screen and assistance is limited.
If alerts or errors occur, the system sends a diagnostic code via Bluetooth® and ANT+ LEV to identify the event in detail. To view this code, connect your phone using the MAHLE MySmartbike app or via the Pulsar ONE display. The diagnostic code number will be shown.
